Sunday Night Football Draft Picks: NFL DFS Squad Tips for the Week 12 Browns-Ravens Showdown Tournaments
Raven and Browns have treated NFL fans with one of the better NFL opponents in recent seasons. Their last meeting – a classic Monday Night ball game – ended 47-42 with a superhero performance from Lamar Jackson. Vegas isn’t expecting the same fireworks for the Week 12 Sunday Night Football confrontation, which opened a total of 45.5 with Raven placing 4.5 as the home favorite. If there’s a chance for a repeat performance from these two teams, the return of some key attackers on both sides should help threaten ALL on Sunday night – and provide us with some options. Before we get into our picks, here are the main rules of the DraftKings Showdown: That is Full point PPR, and have three-point bonus for 300 yards of passing, 100 yards rush, and 100 yards receive. The captain pick costs 1.5 times the player’s original price, but he also gets his total score multiplied by 1.5.

Budget $50,000, need at least one player from each team.
Captain (1.5 times points, 1.5 times salary) TE Mark Andrews, Ravens ($12,300)
The tight finish usually doesn’t earn the Captain card, but Andrews offers enough returns and savings to entice us into the slot. He has scored 28 goals in his past three games and he will have a chance to make his mark on Sunday night. Performance plus 30 points after the 1.5x multiplier is out of the question.
FLEX QB Lamar Jackson, Ravens ($12,400)
Raven goes when Jackson goes, so we’re happy to lock him into our lineup on single-game vehicles. He has earned three DK bonus points on four occasions and is a sure bet to make another lucrative score like one of our flex points.

FLEX RB Nick Chubb, Browns ($11,200)
Chubb will share the backyard with Kareem Hunt, his accomplice, but he remains entrenched in our scheme. His menu is sure to be full of plays on Sunday, and we know he’s a threat from distance every time he touches the ball. He averages 19 touchdowns per game alongside a healthy Hunt, so we don’t need to worry about a lack of mass.
FLEX RB Kareem Hunt, Browns, ($7,000)
We don’t expect the full distribution of hits from Hunt, but he can still deal a lot of damage once he’s active again. He has scored five touchdowns in the first six weeks of the season and is a threat to look for injuries on the ground and in the air. That may not be a fair expectation, but if Hunt can recoup his effectiveness (5.9 yards per touch) in the short term, he won’t necessarily need tons of touches to give us a useful score.
FLEX RB Latavius Murray, Ravens ($3,600)
Murray isn’t the most productive Raven this season – that would be Devonta Freeman – but he is the busier of the two on a per-game basis. Murray handled 12 touchdowns last week on his return from an ankle injury, and it’s reasonable to expect a bit more work as he gets rid of some rust. The truth of the matter with either of the two Ravens back is that we’ll need an encounter, but Murray has played four out of seven games.
FLEX WR Rashard Higgins, Browns ($3,400)
Higgins has been relatively quiet this season, but last week’s five goals scored third on the team and accounted for 17.9% of Baker Mayfield’s passing attempts. Higgins has performed well on occasions where he’s taken on a high profile role – he has eclipsed 20.0 DKs twice in 2020 – and he may find himself in a position to play more plays on Sunday night for an exhausted Browns receiving corps.
