It accommodates up to six passenger vehicles or up to four SUVs per trip, depending on the vehicle’s size. Features include side doors that can be fully opened to facilitate easier vehicle loading, a raised roof with proximity sensors and a special stowage ramp with tail lift.
For Blizzard, the tankless semi-trailer can hold up to 10 cars, again depending on the vehicle’s size and curb weight. Both models are equipped with an advanced hydraulic system to assist in loading and unloading the vehicle’s cargo with minimal handling. Meanwhile, the winch allows the movement of idle or prototype cars, and all vehicles are also fitted with GPS and multiple cameras (blind spot, front and driver’s side) for safety. and compliance.
According to MD Datuk Kumar Prabakaran of Starrtrek Carriers, Rolfo carriers can provide high-volume vehicle conveying solutions to a wide variety of automotive businesses, be it manufacturers and distributors to rental and rental companies.
In the case of Auriga Deluxe, the airline will use the carrier to provide a sporadic and safe transport of the premium supercar to and from Langkawi. He said pricing for the service – which locations will be scheduled and reserved – will be competitive.
Starrtrek currently has one Auriga Deluxe 122 and six Blizzard semi-trailers in its fleet, but the company says it plans to add another Auriga Deluxe at some point in the future and the fleet will expanded according to need.
