Square Enix shares details about FFVII remake train models
Square Enix shared some quizzes about the various Shinra train models seen in Final Fantasy VII Remake. This information appears on the official Japanese website FF7R .’s Twitter accountperiodically share details such as development documentation, concept artand other parts on information about the world of the Final Fantasy VII.

The Muka 100 Type 90 Model 600 is the foundation train model of Shinra Electric Power Company. The tweet mentions that it is used on a large number of Shinra Railway lines. This is the same train model that Avalanche used to infiltrate the Mako 1 Reactor during the opening bombing mission in Final Fantasy VII Remake.
Another train model is seen in Final Fantasy VII Remake is the Hoka 100 Type 70 Model 5884. This model has been in use for a long time, but this line has been quietly discontinued after new models replaced it. This decommissioned model can be seen in the Train Graveyard in Chapter 11.
