Yup, Clark Atlanta University Alumni announced that she has partnered with Varo Bank to provide the school’s 824 graduates with a limited liability company, or LLC.
“Every graduate in this audience will be leaving this stadium as a business owner,” Pinky said. CEO and Clark Atlanta Alumna delivered a powerful speech to the graduating class of 2022. She detailed her own entrepreneurial journey and encouraged others to follow in her footsteps.
“I want you to fail so much that you become an expert on failure and you get a PhD in failure,” she says. “I want you to fail because failure is not failure at all. It is finding aspiration in the loss. ”
“Pinky is a loyal and dedicated ambassador for CAU. Let everyone know that she is a proud graduate at every opportunity,” said CAU President George T. French Jr. “She has been a consistent financial supporter and has helped many students stay matriculated through graduation. Pinky graduated from Clark Atlanta School in 2009, and was even crowned Miss Clark Atlanta 2008.
The entrepreneur started selling vegan burgers on Instagram in July 2018 before quickly switching to a food truck. Slutty Vegan has opened multiple locations since opening their West End restaurant in October 2018. There are plans to open locations in Columbus; Brooklyn, New York; and Birmingham, Alabama.
