Luis Nunez 15-0 was featured in Friday’s ShoBox card main event from Orlando, alongside Carlos Arrieta 14-0. Arrieta soon showed a quick hand in the scheduled 10th junior fight. Two men dealing in leather goods in the second. The third was a close-up, fast-paced affair. Arrieta made it a point to go to the body.
Both men continued their leather goods business on Wednesday. Arrieta’s face showed a tired look in season five, but he continued to dig deep and fight hard. By the sixth day, both men seemed to have grown a little tired. Nunez looks set to be in command in the seventh season, but Arrieta continues to give his all. Near the eighth day, Nunez made his men look exhausted. Nunez continued to hit the action in season nine.
Arrieta was caught hard in the tenth and final round. Nunez takes the kill and the referee wisely stops the game.
