SEC’s Climate Proposal Has No Scientific Base – You Get It?

By Andy May

On March 22, 2022, the SEC introduced a new rule for public comment that requires public companies to report climate-related impacts on their businesses. As it has been clearly established in many IPCC reports that human impacts on climate have never been observed, only modeled, this does not seem necessary. Climate models, which are used by the IPCC and NOAA to “calculate” human impacts on the climate have been invalidated by Dr Ross McKitrick and Dr John Christy in their famous 2020. Earth and Space Science Articles are reviewed.

As you can imagine, I have a lot more to say about this stupid rule that forces companies to offset the costs of having an imaginary effect on an imaginary modeled climate future. You can find it in mine Judge Washington op-ed, this.
