RON97 petrol price updated for the week of July 5, 2022 – 10 sen for premium fuel, to RM4.55 per liter
As it arrives Wednesday, so does the latest set of fuel price updates in Malaysia for the next week, and the Ministry of Finance has released the latest fuel prices for the week of July 28 to August 2, 2022.
The price of petrol RON 97 continued to decline steadily, this week fell another 10 sen to RM 4.55 per liter, down from last week’s price of RM 4.65 per liter.
Volatility in the price of RON 97 gasoline has no effect on the RON 95 gasoline grade, which remains at the price ceiling of RM 2.05 per liter set by the government in Last February. Diesel fuel remains the same as well, with the Euro 5 B10 and B20 diesel blend staying at RM2.15/litre, and Euro 5 B7 diesel oil remaining 20 sen is worse at RM2.35 per liter.
These rates are in effect from midnight tonight through Wednesday, August 3, 2022, when the next fuel price update will be announced. This is the 31st edition of weekly fuel price format for this year and 185th in total since the format was introduced in 2019.
