Dorit Kemsley has defended her husband PK Kemsley after news of his DUI arrest hit the blogs.
“He’s very remorseful. He fully understands the nature and dangers of drinking and driving,” she said on Page Six. “He barely crossed the line, and he completely understood and assured me it would never happen again,” she added.

PK’s attorney also released a statement about his arrest:
Alan Jackson told Page Six: “While hanging out with a business colleague, PK had a glass of wine during dinner.
“After stopping traffic, it was determined that he may have been close to the statutory limit. He regrets that he did not make alternative transportation home that evening. PK did. the allegations are taken very seriously and fully cooperated with the authorities,” the statement continued. “This will be the first and only incident in PK’s long driving history. He has learned a valuable lesson.”
