Purebred Godolphin Early morning knocked out a field of six other 3-year-olds by a mile on Friday in her third start for coach Bill Mott at Aqueduct race track.

Destroyed by Emisael Jaramillo, Moms Moon raced along the track and set the fractions: 25.16, :49.60 and 1:13.70 through six pads. For a long time, La Maquina offered an auction in the lead, coming in in the first round of head-to-head, but Moms Moon managed to win by neck in a final time of 1:37.77 on the well-labelled field.
