Melissa tells the story of a neighbor’s 14-year-old dog, Oliver. She says he is extremely independent and is often seen roaming the neighborhood bringing special gifts for his friends. He was also quite intrusive and entered Melissa’s house when she wasn’t looking.
Oliver also hopes all his doggy friends will be happy to see him. The more the dogs jumped, the happier Oliver became. Melissa says that Oliver has the perfect time. He might come in early in the morning when she’s enjoying coffee or walk in when they’re in the middle of a family party. Oliver feels part of the family and Melissa is perfectly fine with that!
When it was time for Oliver to go home, he went straight home like a good boy. Oliver’s mother, Sue, explains that from an early age, Oliver had a wandering spirit. Thankfully, Sue had a GPS tracker on his collar to make sure he was safe. Oliver is also known to hang out with another neighbor during happy hour!
In his old age, Oliver is now blind and deaf, but he knows Melissa’s way home by heart and still enjoys every moment with her entire family. Oliver is too pure for this world! To meet the charming pup, scroll down!
