Adam, 43, later admitted his online behavior was “inappropriate” but denied ever cheating.
“I made poor judgment when talking to anyone other than my wife in ANY flirting,” he wrote in a September 19 Instagram Story post. “I’m not having an affair, however , I was off-limits during an unfortunate period of my life. I addressed that issue and proactively took steps to fix this with my family.”
The “Girls Like You” singer added: “My wife and family are all I care about in this world. It’s so naive and stupid to risk the only thing that really matters to me is wrong. the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. I’ll never get over it. We’ll get over it. And we’ll get through it together.”
