Memphis police temporarily closed Yo Gotti’s Prive restaurant hours after Young Dolph was shot.
Dolph was shot down at Makeda Butter Cookies on Air Avenue.
“Breaking News @MEM_PoliceDept has closed Prive and nearby businesses as a precaution because @YoGotti has ties to the business and past interactions with rapper Young Dolph is now dead. #PrayingForPeace,” one wrote. local news reporter tweeted.
Dolph and Gotti have been together since 2014 after Dolph turned down Gotti’s offer of a record contract. In 2017, one of Gotti’s allies was arrested in connection with the Dolph shooting in Hollywood. He was released due to lack of evidence.
