The International Pokemon Company has announced a means of listening and using Diamond Pokemon and Pearl Music. Pokemon DP sound library is now available online. This includes access to the soundtrack from the game. It means that people can use both its sound effects and songs in their own playlists or mixes.
The official Pokemon DP Sound Library website provides different means of accessing tracks. If you go to Music Box, you can go directly to the link 149 Diamond Pokemon and Pearl songs and sound effects. They can be viewed in groups based on themes such as iconic locations, characters, and events. You can save six to a playlist to create a “party track”. There are also pre-made playlists with Adventure, Challenge, Power-up, and Relaxing themes. Although you can share songs online, you cannot download any items.
The site will also provide examples of creations from others. There is only one available at this time. EXILE’s Alan Shirahama “On My Way to Glory” is a sample track of songs used in Pokemon Center and in Trainer Battles.
