Palestinian prison break shakes Israel
Six Palestinian men are due to appear in court this week after tunneling out of one of Israel’s maximum security prisons in September.
Israel jailed five of these six for carrying out or planning the deadly attacks.
It led to renewed fears of an outbreak in the region and saw Israel jostling for a major search, while many Palestinians celebrated their freedom.
But this is more than just a dramatic jailbreak.
Covering the search for six, BBC Jerusalem correspondent Tom Bateman unearthed a long story of division, violence and bitter divisions in a divided region.
