You can spend a lot of time outside this summer, but now is really a great time to buy a new TV. The latest models are just starting to go on sale in stores, which means you can find super deals on older (and still beautiful!) And thanks to Amazon’s annual Prime Day event, there’s a ton of products on sale. We’ve rounded up all the best TV deals, below.

The TCL 6-Series (55 inches) is our favorite TV for most people (9/10, WIRED Recommend), but it is now sold out. But the larger 65-inch version is still available. It has a quantum dot panel that provides bright colors, plus a local dimming area for deeper blacks, a Micro-LED backlight, so you also get really great contrast and the look and feel. Integrated Roku for easy navigation.
It’s a small deal, but this TCL also features quantum dot technology, which makes colors pop more than traditional LED displays. Pair that with the built-in Google TV and you’ll be able to watch any major streaming service in high fidelity with ease (and ask the Google Assistant anything). Don’t let the price fool you: You’re getting exceptional value.
This one is a bit smaller than the TCL above, and it’s Hisense’s entry level option. We have yet to test this exact model, but we like many of the Hisense TVs that we have tried. You get Dolby Vision High Dynamic Range support (better colors) and Amazon Fire TV built in as the primary interface. You can always use another streaming stick if you want Roku or other.
Here’s another thing Amazon doesn’t want you to know is a deal (for some reason). This is one of the lowest prices we’ve tracked on this TV, and the lowest of all the retailers it’s sold at. U8G (8/10, recommended wired) looks elegant and has an Android TV look and feel, and the stand is raised enough that you can fit a soundbar underneath. It has one Screen refresh rate 120 Hz (with AMD FreeSync support), so it’s a great budget option for gamers.
LG’s proprietary NanoCell technology gives this model deeper blacks and better light than many similarly priced displays, and we like that the pins on the display are a few inches from the edges, which helps it fits better on furniture. Another perk to this model is LG’s magic remote, which lets you point and click apps and the keyboard as if it were an old-fashioned Wii remote.
Quantum M-Series 55-inch (8/10, recommended wired) is a great mid-range TV. It has an improved Smartcast interface (which makes it easier to cast tabs from mobile phones and laptops), solid gaming performance, and great contrast thanks to local dimming technology. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something under $1,000.
If you need a smaller TV for your kitchen, bedroom or other compact space, then this Android TV from TCL is a good choice. It even has Google Assistant built in, so you can use it to set timers, play music, and get sports scores without having to find your remote.
Big and beautiful TV
A big screen at this price? Not to mention the fact that it’s an OLED panel! Truly, this is a spectacular deal. Organic LEDs mean that each pixel acts as its own backlight, which means contrast levels and black levels are impressive. Pair it with a 120 Hz refresh rate, Google Assistant and Alexa built-in, and you’ve got yourself a home cinema. Equally excellent The 65-inch version is on sale for $1,697 ($49 off).
This deal is for Prime members only (and availability appears to vary depending on your location). It’s rare to find a good 55-inch TV from reputable brands at this price point, so it’s a great option for those who want to spend as little as possible but want a big screen. It comes with Amazon’s Fire TV interface built-in and full-array local dimming for solid black levels.
This is arguably the nicest TV on this list, although you’ll need a really long TV stand, as the legs stick out at the edges (unless you’re mounting it on the wall). It’s a different OLED panel, so you’ll get vivid colors and deep blacks, and it’s got the Android TV look and feel.
