The largest stockpile of Anglo-Saxon gold coins of “international value” found in the UK is being valued and could be worth up to £400,000, one expert said. About 131 coins are declared treasure last month, and Norwich’s Castle Museum, which holds 16 of them, is hoping to buy them all.
