NFL Week 6: Commanders Outlast Bears in Thursday Night Football
The Washington Commanders top Chicago Bears on Thursday Night Football, thanks to a fourth-quarter goal from coming back Brian Robinson Jr.his first NFL began nearly seven weeks after being shot twice in the leg.
Robinson leapt forward because his 60-foot-tall teammate and High Command defense excelled from start to finish to win.

The Commanders added another goal late in the second half to avoid the first half ending and leading 3-0.
Bear in the lead
Things took off in the second half when Fields delivered a perfect pass to Dante Pettis for a 40-yard touchdown.
The score gave the Bears a 7-3 lead in the third inning.
Take over
Washington added a short goal early in the fourth quarter to keep things close to 7-6.
End of the quarter, Bears .’s extensive collection Velus Jones Jr. strangled the players and Washington recovered. Then, Robinson Jr fixed the score 1 yard to give the visitors the lead, 12-7.

Fields’ 39-yard scramble left Chicago deep in the red, but it all ended there after three failed attempts to reach the final area from Washington’s 4-yard line.
Fields throws a perfect ball to Darnell Mooney in fourth place, but the Bears’ stretch ball wobbled and became uncontrollable inside the goal line, ending the game.
