When does the 2023 NFL preseason start?
The NFL 2023 pre-season begins with the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game on Thursday, August 3 at 8 p.m. ET. The New York Jets faced to Cleveland Browns on NBC.

The majority of NFL pre-season games are broadcast on each team’s local television affiliate network. Five more national broadcasts will appear on FOX, Amazon Prime Video, CBS, ESPN and NBC.
