A girl who says financer Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused her has sued one other Epstein accuser for defamation, citing a collection of year-old tweets.
Rina Oh filed the lawsuit in Manhattan federal courtroom late Thursday, citing a collection of tweets by Virginia Giuffre, who not too long ago sued Prince Andrew, claiming she was coerced into sexual encounters with him.
