The calendar has moved to December and the month begins with a person’s money at Kempton tonight. Rossa Ryan is the man who has almost halved the price for an hour since 9am this morning.

Money came in quickly this morning 14/1, last night 12/1 there was still room at 9am this morning but just an hour later, the runner trained by Ed de Giles was sawed to 7/1. That price is only available with one company, 6/1 in all places.
He was unlucky to run this and that distance last time, getting his momentum tested at a crucial moment when thwarted by a fallen rider. He had his eye on tilling later in the day there under his hands and heels, his chance lost as the pace accelerated.
Short of all four of his previous wins, his all-weather best run was at this track and distance in September 2020. He’s 7 pounds taller than the original. himself tonight so he’s obviously good enough to play a big partial game here.
That last run was when he was testing the flash for the first time. That headgear certainly did no harm to him and was kept for this competition. He needs a little more than he has shown since his second closing at Salisbury in August but the amount suggests that tonight could be the day he produces it.
