Many people were seriously injured after a man allegedly crashed One pickup truck into one Department of Public Safety office in Breham, Texas on Friday. That suspect is currently in custody, according to ABC News.

The man was apparently denied a commercial driver’s license on April 11 and “returned today with the intent to cause harm,” a statement from Washington County Judge Mark Keough said. Photos and videos from the scene show that the front of the car was severely damaged Texas DPS Officeand the Texas Rangers said they are investigating the incident, but there is no additional threat to the community, ABC News report.

Texas DPS can be considered State DMV. It is responsible for Texas statewide law enforcement agency and driver’s license management.
