MATCH PREFERENCE

Lucknow the giant is another step to book a spot in the knockout stages of the Indian Premier League in its first season. In contrast, Kolkata Knight Riders is one step further from five-time champions Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings from being eliminated from the race for the knockout stages.

The Super Giants have lost a lone match in their last five outings while the win over Rajasthan Royals in the final was the Knight Riders’ first in five. With their backs against the wall, it will be interesting to see if the Knights Templar can put on another impressive performance to repeat last year’s feat of mutating late in the tournament.
