Looks like Yoko Taro’s third ‘Voice Of Cards’ game is in the works
The third entry in Card voice series has been spotted in the PS Store backend. Shared on Twitter by @PlayStationSize and seems to be titled Voice of Cards: The Beasts of Burdenthis will make it the second game in the series in 2022 (if it releases this year) and the third game in the franchise to be less than a year old!
Only the PlayStation file was detected, of course, but since both previous entries came to the Switch, it’s unlikely these cards weren’t on our table. The series was created by Yoko Taro – of NieR and Draknegard popular – and debuted last year after The Isle Dragon Roars‘announcement in a Nintendo Direct.
We don’t know any other details about the upcoming third entry, but we do get a glimpse of the game’s logo and some key visuals – and those are some NieR: Automata-like the costume there.
The Forsaken Maiden, the second game in the series, launched in February of this year. We’ll likely hear an announcement about this third title soon via Square Enix. But three games in a year is impressive – and the first two are card RPGs!
