A man a few meters away from the explosion that occurred in Liverpool on Sunday told the BBC how he ran towards the burning taxi to check for casualties.
Liam Spencer was inside Liverpool Women’s when the explosion happened, and his teammate Stephanie Stitt was in a car parked next to the explosion.
The couple were speaking to the BBC’s Ed Thomas.
