With date and location locked down Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua will be in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia today for the pre-launch press conference their heavyweight championship rematch.

On August 20 Usyk will defend the WBA, IBF and WBO world titles he won against Joshua last September at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. No man has fought since and a lot has happened outside of the ring involving both men since then.

Usyk took a break from his boxing career earlier in the year to return to Ukraine and take up arms in his fight against a barbaric invasion from Russia led by Vladimir Putin.

Joshua’s problems were less painful when he came to terms with right and wrong in his second professional loss.
