Lessons Madelyn Cline Learned While Filming Glass Onion

Are there any other specific tips or lessons you’ve learned from your Glass Onion co-stars?

From Daniel, I learned what a real top man looks like. He is a gentleman to the core. And he’s also one of the funniest, most outgoing people I think I’ve ever met. And he, along with Rian, knew there was this wonderful energy. That sense of security and freedom starts at the top. They really know how to manage and facilitate an environment where everyone feels safe and free to play. And it’s something that on any set that I’ve been on, I want to emulate that kind of energy. That’s important, and I don’t think it doesn’t matter where you are in the call table.

From Ed Edward, he is a perfectionist, but I have learned that no mistake you make is worthwhile. If you are not satisfied with what you have put down, you can start over. It’s a very practical thing for an actor. Sometimes I think we feel like we have to keep going. Don’t do that. Just start over and put in the camera only what you’re happy with.

With Kathryn, Kate and Janelle, I learned freedom. Those three are free and inhibited. They are not afraid. They are fearless in their work and I admire that very much.

From Leslie, I learned silence. I have learned how powerful silence is. He is also very calculated and intentional about everything he does. It is beautiful to see.
