In the video above, podcaster Joe Rogan interviews Maajid Nawaz, the author of “Radical,” a former Islamic revolutionary who eventually became an anti-extremism activist. Nawaz’s past experience in recruiting extremists to infiltrate and overthrow Western governments has made him more aware of the psychological games being waged against the public during the COVID pandemic. . Essentially, he spent much of his later life protesting against “consensus creation around something that isn’t true.”
According to Nawaz, we are in a “mixed war.” It’s basically an information war, because the weapon is information, and whoever determines reality by their story wins.
He explains how, when recruiting extremists for your cause, you must first remove and destroy their current view of the world. You can then instill in them your vision of the world.
Big Tech clearly plays an important role in this war, as they have the technology and algorithms to influence, manipulate, and shape people’s minds by deciding what stories they are allowed to see. Social media platforms can easily make it appear as if a minority, marginal position is actually favored by the majority.
Ironically, as Rogan points out, the people who were brainwashed in many cases fiercely defended the companies’ right to mold and manipulate them. They support censorship, they support the culture of cancellation, seeming not to understand its impact on their view and understanding of reality and the world at large.
Power through ‘Emergency Power’
One answer to how we got to where we are today is that governments used emergency powers, and those emergency powers often became permanent. That’s why they are called in the first place.
As Nawaz explains, “emergencies have always been used by the state to gain power.” Once they were able to extend their power under the banner of a national emergency, they kept it. They did not return. So in 2020, the COVID pandemic is used to suspend human rights, Nawaz knows we are on a slippery slope.
And, as he fears, we are currently experiencing a very radical change in our social contract with the state. Before the pandemic, the social contract, the generally accepted mode of operation, was for everyone to have physical autonomy. For example, while it’s great to donate blood, you’re not obligated to do so – even if someone’s life is in balance.
No one can ask you to donate a kidney because you have two working kidneys and someone else needs one. You have the right to keep both of your kidneys, even if the other dies from lack of organs.
Also, if someone is prone to getting sick from pre-existing conditions, that person should always take their own precautions. If you have a peanut allergy, you must ensure that you do not eat anything with peanuts, such that others are encouraged, but not required or required, to facilitate and care for vulnerable people.
Nawaz notes that what we have never done is hold others accountable for our comorbidities and pre-existing conditions and force them to take a medical intervention that could harm or kill them to improve our chances of survival.
A radical change in our social contract
If the state would tell us that we must vaccinate because it is our duty to protect others, that would be a very profound and radical change in our social contract.
Nawaz argues that it needs a serious public dialogue, followed by a democratic mandate. But that didn’t happen. Now we are told that we must give up our physical autonomy for the common good. If you disagree, you will simply be unsubscribed and removed from the public forum.

The basic point here is that we are saying that we must simply trust that the government knows what is best and always acts in our best interest. However, we know that the state can actually get things very wrong. In the interview, Nawaz recounted many examples where governments lied and acted against the best interests of the people.
The same goes for Big Pharma. We are asked to always believe in their products, their science, and that they are always working to protect our health. Still, for those of us who know the criminal histories of some of these drug companies, it’s a tall order.

When there is no truth, power determines reality
One of the main ways to end a debate is to throw labels at people. It doesn’t matter whether they are correct or not. Nawaz has been called an “anti-vaxxer” when questioned about the vaccine mandate, but he was rebuffed. He was called an “anti-Muslim extremist”, despite serving four years in prison for his Islamic extremism.
“But there is a deeper point here,” Nawaz said. For many years we have turned to relativity, the idea that truth is relative, subjective, and based on your personal experience. Your truth is not necessarily my truth. You decide what your truth is and there is no such thing as “reality”.
This has had devastating consequences, Nawaz argues, because without objective truth there is no objective reality, and without objective reality, it is up to anyone to decide what reality is. how – because you have no way to determine whether that power is telling the truth or not. Psychological warfare

And without honest information, it is difficult to determine the reality, difficult to challenge the government.
This is also why leaders have repeatedly switched goals and then played with our memories of what they promised. The aim is to disorient and confuse people to the point where they no longer have the strength to question their government. This is psychological warfare.
The harsh reality that everyone faces today is that once rights have been taken from you, the government never voluntarily gives them back. The only option people have is to STOP their rights through peaceful activism.

Nawaz and Rogan also discussed how the global consortium is planning to control the world’s population through the use of programmable central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
Programmable currency is digital cash that can be programmed so that it can only be spent on certain goods or services that an employer or government deems reasonable.2 In other words, the issuer of the money can control how the recipient spends it. With that, the publisher will have almost total control over your behavior.
As noted by Nawaz, with a programmable CBDC, the government would have full control over anyone who disagrees with their policies or practices. If someone expresses a dissenting opinion, the government can simply restrict how they can use their money or close their bank accounts altogether.
For example, if the government didn’t want Nawaz to appear on Rogan’s show, they could simply reprogram his CBDC with the push of a button, so he wouldn’t be allowed to buy a plane ticket.
