Kodak Black Again Denies Sexual Assault
Kodak Black has once again addressed his sexual assault case after a fan asked him about it on Twitter.
“I go without f*ckin, I focus on money and these goals,” he tweeted. A fan then posted clips of an article about the sexual assault to which he pleaded guilty.
“That case is closed and no one has to be paid!!!! Everyone knows I didn’t do it,” he wrote.
In April, Kodak accepted a settlement and pleaded guilty to first-degree assault. He even apologized to the girl, who was watching from afar, in court. It was a condition of his probation.
He later tweeted that he was just doing it to avoid further punishment.
“5 years later…we both just want to solve this smartly AND I don’t need to pay,” he tweeted. “It’s not necessary to register as a sex offender or nun, it’s a play if you ask me,” he continued. “lol y’all got me f*cked up I don’t do freaky homie.”
