A new season of Jujutsu Kaisen is being developed at the animation studio MAPPA, which is also producing Chainsaw Man suitability. In fact, it released a new main visual for Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 over the weekend. Disclosure has been sent through Official Twitter account and included an update to the program’s official website.

Because Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, the trio wears the second year uniform of Jujutsu High. The series will return to airing in 2023, though an exact seasonal timing has yet to be announced.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 has been announced as being in development in February 2022, after the success of Jujutsu Kaisen 0 prequel film. The second season is expected to continue adapting the manga’s story. In that case, the key visual indicates that the next storyline will include a “Gojo’s Past” part. That will follow Gojo to his sophomore year at Jujutsu School, when he and Geto are assigned to escort a “Star Plasma Vessel” to Master Tengen. Along the way, they battle groups of hostile curse users.
The second part is also expected to include the “Shibuya Incident” section. Set in the present day, the part revolves around the efforts of the alliance between Geto and Mahito to seal Gojo forever.
Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 will premiere in 2023. International licensing is yet to be determined, but Crunchyroll aired the first season. The Jujutsu Kaisen 0 The film will also appear on Crunchyroll on September 21, 2022, in select regions.
