The first new Shonen dance The 2023 comic series appeared, as Giang Thi X here. The first chapter premieres on January 22, 2023. As usual for the weekly series, Manga Plus and Viz Media are localizing new sections as they arrive.
Giang Thi X is the latest work by mangaka Norihiko Kurazono, whose previous series include Automaton, Chitei Ryokouand Mahou Gyoushounin Roma. The manga begins with a trailer suggesting that due to the world’s balance being disrupted, darkness has taken over. However, there is still hope. It then introduces Daoshi, a novice monk, hunting jiangshi with his allies Chaoyun and Jiuli outside Shenxian Village. There are high expectations for Xiaohu, as his father is the famous monk Dadaoshi Longhu Xuanshui. The first chapter follows as the three young men take the final test to become Daoshi. However, the path to their goal is not clear or guaranteed.
While this is a new first Shonen dance manga in 2023, 2022 ended with 4 manga added. Crypto Academy, maker 100, Ichigoki under controland Deadly Sins of the Ichinose House.
