The Tuscadero was originally supposed to be scrapped after the end of production in 2021, but demand continues to push Jeep product planners to keep it on the books for 2022. Colors, which Jeep describes is “a deep and bold magenta” offered in conjunction with other limited-production colors, including Gecko (a lime green).
“We expected the Tuscadero to become popular and the customer response has been very strong,” said Jim Morrison, vice president and brand manager for Jeep North America. “It’s so popular, we’re expanding production to the 2022 model year production to meet strong customer demand. Orders can be placed through December of this year.”
Jeeps look great in bright colors, so we’re not surprised the Tuscadero is making such a big splash. Jeep’s limited edition colors are also affordable; Tuscadero costs just $395.
