iOS 17 is set to change your iPhone’s Health and Wallet Apps

Without a doubt, from all that has been reported so far, iOS 17 will be one of the biggest updates for iPhone users in quite some time. Considering that iOS 17 was initially considered low-key in terms of prominent changes, it is now conjectured that it will change a large number of important features on the handset. As the iOS 17 announcement date approaches, the excitement and expectations grow higher and higher. Several leak experts and Apple analysts have come up with their mockups to help us visualize what the next iOS 17 might contain. Recently, the leaker @analyst941 has suggested that the Wallet and Health apps are expected to be redesigned with the iOS 17 update. In fact, the leaker has gone so far as to share some alleged mock-ups describe the design changes expected to be made.

The Wallet app is expected to change with iOS 17

According to the leaked image of the Wallet app mockup, the navigation bar at the bottom of the interface categorizes the different functions available in the app and includes Cards, Cash, Keys, IDs, and Orders. Additionally, there’s a “Tags and More” tab that users can swipe down to access the search interface to find a specific tag or tags. Also, there is a “Trade” button there. According to the leaker, more features will be added in the future.

This proposed design for the Wallet app would provide functional improvements to users over the current design, such as finding certain features, such as cards and order details.

Health app expected to get changes with iOS 17

Speaking of the Health app, the “Favorites” section under “Summary” will be redesigned with a card-style look, @analyst941 suggests. The shared tentative design suggests that the visual data displayed on each card will include color charts, tables, and other relevant information.

The likelihood that some, if not all, of these changes will actually be implemented is very high. This was pointed out by none other than Mark Gurman of Bloomberg. He stated, “Wallet is really being improved.” However, will all these changes really affect Wallets and Health? application on iPhone will only be confirmed when there is an official announcement of iOS 17, expected during the WWDC keynote on June 5.
