Jen Shah will be the next Housewife featured in a Hulu documentary.
“The Housewife & the Shah Shocker” will focus on Shah being arrested by the FBI in March and accused of defrauding hundreds of people in a nationwide telemarketing scam targeting the elderly.
Shah and her assistant, Stuart Smith, have each been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit telemarketing fraud and one count of conspiracy to launder money. Both pleaded not guilty.

U.S. Attorney in Manhattan, Audrey Strauss, said: “Jennifer Shah, who describes herself as a wealthy and successful businessman on ‘reality’ television, and Stuart Smith, who is described as an ‘assistant’ first’ of the Shah, allegedly created and sold innocent ‘lead lists’ of individuals to other members of their ongoing scam scheme. The so-called business opportunities promoted by Shah, Smith and their accomplices are just fraudulent schemes, fueled by greed, to steal victims’ “money. Now, these defendants face jail time for their alleged crimes.”
