I love Huanuo adjustable folding table because it made working from home in the early days of the pandemic more comfortable. It’s simple, cheap, and makes it easy to work in bed, which is why it’s one of my favorite purchases.

When the pandemic hit nearly two years ago, a lot changed as it happened. We’ve all had to work from our homes at least a little bit, and for many of us, that brings a lot of new challenges. I was happy to work in a nice office in New York City, so I changed my office chair and standing desk for the kitchen table from Ikea gave me some serious whips.
One of the first things I bought in my first week of working from home was this Huanuo laptop desk. I don’t want a bulky monster with all sorts of cup holders, phone holders, and drawers. All I want is a comfortable, lightweight desk so I can comfortably work on my bed, couch, kitchen table, or anywhere else I can find an outlet. After browsing through Amazon, I located on this desk from Huanuo and I’m glad I did.
The Huanuo adjustable workbench is a score as it isn’t jammed with unnecessary features, but still plays a very important role in my work from home setup. The workbench is pretty self-explanatory and has really only two main features. Its biggest draw is its adjustability. You might see some folding desks out there that only have one height setting, but let me tell you, your laptop’s ability to change the angle is a game changer. I can lay it flat when I’m in bed, a little higher if I’m sitting up (still in bed), or raise it to its proudest position if I’m using it as a laptop stand on his desk.
The other key feature of the table is its plush cushions. I hate when I leave my laptop on my feet and it starts to overheat and get uncomfortable, which is why the cushion on the Huanuo is a lifesaver. Now, don’t get me wrong, they’re not made with memory foam or some revolutionary cooling material, but they’re comfortable and soft enough that you can put your desk anywhere.
I wouldn’t say Huanuo is the best folding desk out there, because there are so many variations and different features in folding tables and it all depends on how you like to work. Personally, I like to travel a lot, and for almost two years I’ve had this folding table, it strikes the perfect balance between simplicity, portability and comfort that me and my partner always compete over it (they usually win).
