Masks are one of the most frustrating parts of the editing process, as they don’t involve any actual editing and often require a lot of tedious techniques to get the image right. With Photoshop and Lightroom’s new AI masking, I find my edits improved simply because I’m willing to do more with images. Edits that enhance photos but were once time-consuming can now be done with just a few clicks, and of course, increasing the effect and reducing focus on the mask also makes the whole look.
