There are often side stories in Octopus Traveler 2 where you can hear a hint about a related word someone. However, you can’t do anything about it until you actually reach the other point in the world. These trends are pretty obvious, although you just need to record where everyone is. This is exactly what happens to “A Forced Hand” in Octopus Traveler 2like you might meet Margello in Montwise before you meet Tiffany in Timberain.
To start the quest, you first need to talk to Tiffany. She’s in the Timberain Castle: Town Square area, in the upper right of the square. When you talk to her, she will complain about her parents arranging a marriage for her. She will mention Margello in Montwise.
From there, you need to go to Montwise on the other side of the world. You’ll find Margello and his valet if you head straight to the back of Montwise: Library after passing by the librarian at the desk. If you use someone who can guide or make friends, such as Ochette, you can add him to your team. (You’ll need three Quality Jerky on hand, if you’re using Ochette to carry him.)
To complete “A Forced Hand” in Octopus Traveler 2, immediately go back to Timberain and talk to Tiffany while Margello goes with you. This will trigger a short event. You will then receive 15,000 cards and a Spirit Belt to help.
