G1SW Drill’s half-sister graduated from Golden Gate

Swall, the 3-year-old daughter of Ghostzapper was acquired last year by the successful California racing association Little Red Feather for $240,000 after a :10 1/5 eight mile breeze at the March Sale for 2-year-olds training at the Ocala Breeder’s Sales Company. The boy didn’t return to serious training until this past February at Golden Gate Fields in local coach Andy Mathis’s shed.

Debuting for the first time on April 22 at the Golden Gate, Swall missed the holiday and never made it. She overcame three horses in the lane to finish the ninth race in a flat 5 1/2 race.
