Full Card for Canelo – GGG Announced

The full card for the long-awaited duel with the world champions Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez and Gennadiy ‘GGG’ Golovkin on Saturday, September 17 is complete. Led by flyweight superstar Jesse Rodriguez in a bronze title fight with Israel Gonzalez, other intense bouts will fill an exciting night leading up to the most anticipated battle of the year.

The event will be streamed live from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on DAZN PPV in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, as well as worldwide on DAZN (except Mexico, US Latin, and Kazakhstan) and in partnership with Matchroom, Canelo Promotion and GGG Promotion.

Full Card Canelo vs. GGG III will include:

  • In the main copper, Jesse ‘Bam’ Rodriguez defends his WBC World Super-Flyweight title and looks to strengthen boxer of the year against claims against Israel GonzalezMexican challenger who is ready to put it all on the line.
  • Ali Akhmedov and Gabriel Rosado clash for the IBF North American Super Middleweight title – 27-year-old Akhmedov’s third bout hit big on a card from compatriot Golovkin topped, in a must-win clash against 36-year-old Rosado.
  • Austin ‘Ammo’ Williams participate Kieron Conway for the vacant WBA International Middleweight title.
  • Diego Pacheco fighting for his first professional belt in the second fight over ten rounds when he met Enrique Collazo2012 Olympic athlete and six-time Puerto Rican national champion.
  • Marc Castro appeared on his fifth Canelo card since his December 2020 debut, this time against Kevin Montiel Mendoza in his first game more than eight innings.
  • Aaron ‘Alien King’ Aponte mix it up with Mexico’s undefeated prospect Fernando Molina.
  • Anthony Herrera got a chance to go back to winning ways as he made it Delvin McKinley.

It all led to the third installment of the modern classic between Canelo and Golovkin, with the Mexican king placing his undisputed Super Middleweight crown against the reigning WBA and IBF champions of Kazakhstan in the most anticipated match of 2022.
