We have seen The next generation of Ford Ranger Raptor from the outside a few times now, but today is about the interior. One of our spy shooters captured a test car with some of the interior covered and cloaked, so we could see what Ford doing to differentiate it from the standard forest ranger. Reminder: We know what a regular Ranger looks like on the inside, because The global version of the truck has been revealed.
The photos we’re looking at here show the interior with minor changes compared to the standard Ranger. In Raptor Fashionthis vans sports orange red accents. We can see color around the air vents, steering wheel stitching, steering wheel center marker and used for the “Raptor” logo on the bottom of the steering wheel. For now, that’s all we can see.
On the tech front, the Raptor has the large, vertically oriented infotainment touchscreen we see on the normal Ranger. Plus, a fully digital dashboard also fits the standard Ranger. A small description of the truck is visible on the infotainment screen, but it’s too far away to see any details.
Moving on to the exterior, a new aspect compared to our previous spy footage is a fully revealed grille with “FORD” lettering in the style of a traditional Raptor cap. The photos also give us a closer look at the big front skid plate and those giant BFGoodrich K02 all-terrain tires.
Similar to other Ford off-road camouflage patterns, this Ranger jacket features a repeating “Ranger” pattern. In addition, it is complemented by a number of icons depicting nature and terrain activities.
It is not yet clear when the exact Ranger Raptor will launch, but we can expect the arrival of the 2023 model in 2023.
