A Florida man found with a pack of drugs wrapped around his penis says the drugs don’t belong to him.
The Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office prevented Patrick Florence from stopping the man while he was driving at 4 a.m. because he was driving without lights.
When executing a stop order, Delegates said they found a weapon under the passenger seat and several drugs, including cocaine, and on him.
According to the WFLA, he has a “package wrapped around his penis”, reportedly but they are not his.
Florence was arrested on charges of possession of a firearm, felony possession of ammunition, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cocaine.

He was booked into the Pinellas County jail with a $24,000 fine.
Florence was first arrested by St.Petersburg Police in March of that year on four counts, including auto theft, cocaine possession and obstruction of arrest. Since then, he has been arrested 25 times.
