The Thoroughbred Charity of America Season Auction led by Mt. Brilliant presentation will begin Wednesday, January 4 at 9 a.m. and run through Friday, January 6, with staggered closing times starting at 4:30 p.m. ET. Almost 200 seasons will be available to bid online on Equip.com.
Choose the seasons to Structure , Flight route , good magic , Maxfield (with 2024 back), Nashville (with 2024 back), Not this time , Nyquist (with 2024 back), Olympic and Quality Sugar will go on sale at ‘Tis the Seasons Celebration on January 8 at the Grand Reserve in Lexington. Tickets can be purchased on TCA page on WeDoAuctions.com.
TCA President Mike McMahon said: “This is a spectacular list of seasons. “This is going to be one of the most exciting auctions we’ve ever held.”
Auctioneers or their authorized agents can bid on selected seasons by attending the event in person, or they can email [email protected] to register for the auction online or by phone. Non-seasonal items include the John Deere ZTrak mower, the eighth pole from Keenelanda meet and greet with Flightline, an apartment in St. Thomas and a week-long stay at a Florida beach house will also be offered in the live auction.
Maggi Moss will be honored with the Allaire du Pont Leadership Award and Second Stride will be honored with the Ellen and Herb Moelis Industrial Service Award for their dedication to Thoroughbred post-care.
In addition, an online silent auction of non-seasonal items including cords worn by faucet , gunman and Jack Christopher , Florida Derby packages, artwork, unique experiences, etc. will be provided. A list of silent auction items is also available online at WeDoAuctions.com.
