Ola Electric is ready to launch its first electric car! This was confirmed via tweet by the electric vehicle maker’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal just a day before the launch. The first electric ola car release date is on Independence DayAugust 15. The CEO of the EV maker shared a short video of this electric vehicle on his official Twitter handle. He previously confirmed it in another tweet as he wrote, “Can’t wait to share all the stuff we’ve done this year! See you at 2pm on the 15th! August !!”

However, the shared video has yet to reveal any details about the product. It shows only the red car and only the rear wheel is visible. It also describes the car as having very little rear overhang, so it’s likely to be a crossover or a coupe. The car doesn’t appear to have a door for the second row of seats, which makes one wonder if it will be a two-seater model or will have a regular rear seat.
