Aperture is arguably the most creatively impactful parameter in the exposure triangle, with many photographers using it so often that they shoot in aperture-priority mode, allowing them to choose the aperture and let the camera automatically selects the shutter speed and ISO that best suits it. If you’re still shooting in auto, the best thing you can do is switch the camera to aperture priority mode and experiment with different settings.
