Every Aston Martin DB car, rated
On my trip today, something amazing happened. I went through an Aston Martin DB9 in the flesh, on the streets of New York City. One of the most elegant and timeless supercars out there, just sitting in the car, going about day in and day out.
After leaving the sleek, silver British design in the dust (thanks to the traffic and not my mediocre cycling), I thought about all the other DBs Aston Martin had produced over the years. via.
While you can now open up and buy a new DB11, over 11 cars have kept the two-letter title. A title derived from the name David Brown. In 1947, Brown acquires struggling automaker to try and revive the struggling car brand. It worked and helped create the struggling car brand you see today.
And during that 75-year history, Aston Martin has produced 15 different cars, each bearing the DB name with pride. So, from cars in the current lineup to rare monsters from the 1960s, here’s our ranking of every new Aston Martin DB car that comes out of the factory.
I wonder which of us has seen the most in the flesh?
