Errol Spence is supposed to fight Keith Thurman in middleweight in April

It’s good to be Keith Thurman. Although this man is undeniably talented and has a very impressive track record over the past 10 years, losing only once to the legendary Manny Pacquiao, but the truth is that the boxer was named. is that “Once upon a time” was not particularly active at the end. Thurman has fought a total of five times in the past six and a half years. Indeed, today it is assumed that this man is a part-time fighter. However, ESPN reports that he will fight Errol Spence, one of the most famous boxers on earth, in April, the same month that Gervonta Davis is thought to be engaged in a superfight. wishes with Ryan Garcia.
And all of this happened after each, Thurman and Spence, took a reasonable amount of time to show that he didn’t want to fight. Oh, and Spence’s numerous heavyweight titles won’t be at stake either. Given all that, Spence-Thurman is indeed capable of producing a quality match, if a contract for the fight is signed (one that hasn’t been signed – at least not yet). Neither man fought anyone in welterweight – except WBO champion Terence Crawford. Both men are also fun to watch – rarely, if ever, in a boring fight.
Suffice it to say, Spence is said to still be able to retain at least his WBA welterweight belt after his bout with Thurman – if he so chooses. The caveat is that, if Spence decides to return to the welterweight division, he will have to take on Crawford, the WBO welterweight boxer, if he wants to keep the WBA belt. That is IF Spence decides he wants to go back to welterweight. However, perhaps, he will decide to remain at the junior middle class at that point. After all, it’s not always easy or even advisable for some fighters to keep trying to gain weight in certain divisions. It’s currently unknown if the WBC and IBF, whose welterweight belts are also owned by Spence, will be fine as he rises in weight to face Thurman. Fans will surely find out soon.
