Cat Doja need to know how to change her Twitter name.
After the new Twitter owner Elon Musk changed its policy to ban verified accounts from changing their display names, the rapper — who changes names frequently on the social media platform — found himself left with the festive display name Christmas. Discovering the situation, Doja fired a a bunch of tweets November 9, asking for support.
“Why can’t I change my name here,” she wrote in the first tweet, followed by “how do I change it also f – k you elon.”
Doja added, “I don’t want Christmas forever @elon musk, help I made a mistake.”
The “Say So” rapper posted two audio files to her Twitter feed, with the first one including a sigh.
“You guys are paying $8 a month to come here and fight people who disagree with who your favorite pop star is,” she added in second message. “You’re paying $8 a month to come here and say things like ‘Goodbye’.” You’re here on $8 a month for posting porn and then there’s an argument. I think I can stop there, okay. Bye. “
