“Dive Wakatobi” by Pam & Wayne Osborn

Underwater shooters Pam and Wayne Osborn have announced their latest book, Diving WakatobiIt’s a now available on Apple Books. Like all their books, it can be downloaded for free.

As Wayne said, Wakatobi Scuba Diving Resort found in the “extreme southeastern tip of the Indonesian island of Sulawesi. Nestled in the Tukang Besi archipelago, this resort has access to the waters and coral reefs of the famous Coral Triangle. These coral reefs and atolls are home to one of the richest regions of marine biodiversity on our planet with more than 3,000 species of fish and 750 species of coral. “

Suffice it to say, Wayne and Pam are serious fans — with the former having done over 550 scuba dives on Wakatobi’s reefs and the latter spending more than 1,000 hours freeing the reef. The resort’s spectacular home coral. As well as describing the 24 dive sites found here, the book boasts more than 320 pages of color photographs, including fisheye, wide-angle, portrait, macro and aerial shots. Diving Wakatobi thus a great introduction to the “distant outpost surrounded by the Banda and Flores Seas.”

To download free books to your Apple device, go to Apple Books. In addition, on Wayne’s website, there is a link to the EPUB file that can be read by people without iPads or Macs. If you want to see the amazing coral reefs of Wakatobi with your own eyes, make an investigation through the resort’s website.
