The time to talk is finally over. Former super-middleweight world champions Caleb Plant and David Benavides entered the ring at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on Saturday night to advance their careers and decide with their fists and skill sets who really is. is a better fighter. Their scheduled round of 12 is Showtime’s pay-per-view card main event and biggest game of the year so far in 2023. The reality is that these men are more than just high-level athletes. but also high level athletes who simply don’t like each other seems to only add to the curious element of the fight. Plant 22-1, Benavidez 26-0 didn’t even touch the glove after the referee gave the order.

The first process is almost a perceptual one, though Plant’s tease tells the story. Plant cleverly took second place. Benavidez had a much better third by taking his men down and landing sometimes, though Plant was still able to get through it. The fourth one is close enough that it can go in both directions. Benavidez, when he landed, landed with a strong degree. With that said, Benavidez seems to be starting to get frustrated with the fifth installment belonging to Plant. The sixth inning saw Benavidez land well and effectively.

Saturday is near. Again, Benavidez had a good landing, but it was Plant who used the ring champion and stopped Benavidez from making a consistent attack. Plant got into trouble in season eight. Will he be able to hang on? Then, oddly enough, the referee had the ring doctor look at Plant’s face, breaking the momentum. However, Plant still returned to his corner with a bloody face. The half clearly belonged to Benavidez. A low hit from Plant broke the action early in season nine.

The tenth goal was almost over, although Benavidez’s powerful shots may have told the story. Simply put, Benavidez defeated Plant in the tenth round. Plant’s coach threatened to stop the game between rounds. At the 11th minute, the referee stopped the game. Plant may have made it past the twelfth and final round, but the fight belongs to Benavidez. The referees agreed, awarding Benavidez a decisive unanimous victory.

Oh, and then the two boxers hugged to show good sportsmanship.
