DAR dedicates monument | Mobile County Alabama News
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) — A particular dedication to those that have given the final word sacrifice for our nation was unveiled Saturday.
The Nationwide Society Daughters of the American Revolution devoted a monument in remembrance of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier a centesimal anniversary.
The monument, unveiled Saturday on the Richards DAR Home in downtown Cell, is open for the general public to go to and honor their family members who’ve served America.
The Poarch Creek Indians, Sylacauga Marble, and Springhill Monuments and sculptor Cregor Browne have been giant donors for this venture together with Jubilee Panorama.
