Dad shot dead after windshield washer fluid splashed on BMW

A father died Wednesday after being fatally shot on an Oregon highway following a violent roadside attack, said a father.

According to The Oregonian.

Goldsbury told the paper that her partner sprayed wiper fluid on their car’s windshield and some of the liquid may have landed on the BMW.

“I was like, ‘Forget him, he just had a bad day,’” she recalls telling Anderson about the other driver.

The BMW 3-series, she said, drove ahead, but turned up at a rest area a few miles later, where the pair also arrived. According to his partner, Anderson drove a BMW, then began following him.

Goldsbury recalls: “We were driving with it, and then it was behind us. “And then when the lanes started to turn again, the car started driving so close behind us it was almost going to hit us. And then it would swerve into the oncoming traffic and swerve towards us, like trying to push us into the side of the forest. “

BMW driver allegedly opened fire after trying to drive couple on the road

Goldsbury said that after several attempts to steer Anderson off the road, she told him to pull over and call 911 for help, which he did as he stepped out of the car. That’s when the driver of the BMW stopped parallel to them and opened fire on their vehicle, Goldsbury said.

“The last thing he said was, ‘Oh my God, they shot me,'” Goldsbury said.

Goldsbury says she got out of the car for help. A good Samaritan stopped to help Anderson and didn’t stop until paramedics arrived. Unfortunately, Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene. The BMW is said to have fled the scene long before authorities arrived.

The gunman is still big

The fatal shooting is still under investigation by Oregon State Police. Authorities said the suspected gunman was a “short man in his early 20s of average build and dark hair.”

No arrests have been made to date. Anderson is survived by her partner, two teenage daughters and an adult stepchild.

Goldsbury and Anderson ran a soap company together, and he also worked part-time as a pizza delivery man to support his family after quitting his pharmacy job to spend more time with the family. his child.

“A kind and funny man who wants nothing more than to make people laugh,” reads the description of the GoFundMe campaign launched on behalf of Goldsbury and her children.
